A Journey of a Million Smiles
Photographing the globe...one smile at a time!
How long would it take to photograph a million smiles, on a million faces around the world? How much is it worth to spread a little bit of happiness?
We would like to travel with the goal of collecting as many smiles as we can every day, from people of every color, social position, religion, age and gender. By maintaining our Smile Blog, we would catalog people from every walk of life in as many countries, states, and territories that it takes to accumulate a million smiles.
As teachers, we would build cross-curricular lesson plans to share our journey and goal with students from around the world. With each person we meet, in each country we visit, we would weave education and joy into the fiber of world peace and understanding.

In my (relatively limited) travels, I've noticed that smiles are amazing - they transcend language and cross cultural obstacles instantly!

A great idea coming from two wonderful teachers. I can see this as a fantastic way to share the world with children that may not have to ability to travel to other countries, a useful tool for teachers to use in their classroom to raise cultural awareness and to teach about the world. Best of luck!

Unite against the “network” that is scheming votes. Support ideas that are “lost” due to unworthy ideas using low tactics. “Insulin” is not the best idea.
