A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ORPHANED CHILD"

To capture a day in the life of orphaned children,the pain and suffering and horrific living conditions they face from the tender age of babies due to horrific circumstances they have been subjected to through no fault of their own.

> From the dark alleys of a thriving USA city, to the northern forests of Thailand, to the barren lands of countries in Africa, and North Korea, no matter which corner of the earth, there lies in want, in need, in pain, hungry for a handful of food, thirsty for a glass of clean water, let alone a bed to lay in, are orphaned children that have not asked to be brought into this world let alone given unfathomable hardships which most of us will never endure in our lifetime. These children,babies at best struggling daily and nightly for a short time till there is no life left in them, yearning to find a mouthful of food to quieten the pains of hunger that only for but a very short while, subsides. These orphaned children through no fault of their own struggle daily to meet the need of one thing needed to survive...finding a piece of food and usually rotten at best, to quieten the hunger pains.

> My dream assignment would be to capture the true essence of "A DAY IN THE LIFE OF ORPHANED CHILDREN" many very young children struggling to survive, in living conditions, and alone that most of us here in this world are totally oblivious to, and could ever imagine without seeing it first hand. My hope and dream would be to win this dream assignment, and bring to life the reality of the painful suffering and struggles,that exists for an orphaned child in this day an age, where there is plenty to go around. To show the world, an 8 yr old child, washing her one piece of clothing, under a little hut in a small basin of filthy water, with hurendous amount of flies due to the filthy surroundings of which they have no choice but to endure. By me winning this dream adventure would make these orphaned children greater winners, as It would give these poverished children a ray of hope in adversity conditions, extend a loving hand where there is none to touch
> and hold for comfort, and light an amber in their little hearts that "YES" they are valuable. Through my photographs I would hope to raise a greater awereness of orphaned babies, and very young children alone and their daily unfathomable struggle to get a handful ,of what we would garbage into their mouths. That we as humans if we ban together can end a childs struggle for a mere handful of food and clean drinking water and extend their life pass the age of ten yrs young if they make it to that!
